Heron showcases
the most affordable rates in the area. All rates include
a Continental breakfast.
Reserve the Bayberry ($150
per night) or the Bayberry Suite ($240 per night). Off season rate is $20 less.

Deposit:
1, 2, 3 nights - payment in
full at time of booking.
4 nights or more - 50% payment
required. Balance payable on arrival in cash. MC/VISA accepted.
Cancellation
Policy:
Notification
is required 20 days prior to arrival date. Deposit will
be refunded less a $25 service charge. A cancellation
notice of less than 20 days will be refunded, minus the
$25 service charge, only if the room can be re-booked.
ALL cancellations are FINAL.
Miscellaneous:
We
respect the rights of our non-smoking guests and have
a no smoking policy in either home.
Premises are shared with Dink and Rosie, our
wash-a-shore feline friends. They are forbidden from entering
the guest rooms.
